Hi my names Ben im from sunny old South Yorkshire im only on day 3 today of being sober but this has been a better day started a new job which has kept me busy for 12hours and properly worn me out ready for bed haha.
What do I want from soberAF I guess it’s too speak to people who are going through the same kind of thing, the people I have around me don’t really understand the struggle is

Its hard Ben. I am full of determination until about 5pm...then it all seams to go by the wayside...wake up full of self loathing and knowing I have dissapointed others in the bargain
